2. Gebruik van de app

2. Use of the app

U mag de app gebruiken voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële reisplanning. Bij het gebruik gelden de volgende regels:

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial trip planning. The following rules apply when using it:

• Gebruik de app niet voor onrechtmatige doeleinden of op een manier die de werking ervan verstoort.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or in any way that disrupts its operation.
• Probeer geen toegang te krijgen tot gegevens van andere gebruikers of de onderliggende systemen.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or the underlying systems.
• U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud die u in de app invoert.
• You are responsible for the content you enter into the app.

3. Account en gegevens

3. Account and data

De app werkt zonder account; alle gegevens blijven dan lokaal op uw apparaat. Wanneer u aanmeldt met Google worden uw reisgegevens gesynchroniseerd via Firebase. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het beveiligen van uw Google-account. De verwerking van persoonsgegevens is beschreven in ons privacybeleid.

The app works without an account; in that case all data stays locally on your device. When you sign in with Google your trip data is synced via Firebase. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

4. Intellectueel eigendom

4. Intellectual property

Alle rechten op de app, broncode, ontwerp, naam en logo berusten bij Struis ICT. U krijgt een persoonlijk, niet-overdraagbaar en herroepbaar recht om de app te gebruiken. Het is niet toegestaan om de app te kopiëren, te reverse-engineeren of door te verkopen zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming.

All rights to the app, source code, design, name and logo belong to Struis ICT. You receive a personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app without prior written permission.

De inhoud die u zelf in de app invoert (reizen, items, notities) blijft uw eigendom.

The content you enter into the app yourself (trips, items, notes) remains your property.

5. Aankopen in de app

5. In-app purchases

Optionele upgrades worden via Google Play afgerekend. De voorwaarden van Google Play zijn dan tevens van toepassing. Restitutieverzoeken verlopen via Google Play volgens hun beleid.

Optional upgrades are billed via Google Play. The Google Play terms also apply in that case. Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their policy.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

De app wordt aangeboden «in de huidige staat». Wij doen ons best om de app betrouwbaar te laten werken, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat de app altijd beschikbaar is, foutloos werkt of dat data nooit verloren gaat. Maak waar nodig zelf back-ups van belangrijke reisgegevens.

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available, works without errors or that data will never be lost. Where needed, please make your own backups of important trip data.

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade, gemiste reizen, gemiste boekingen of verlies van gegevens. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat u (indien van toepassing) voor de app heeft betaald in de twaalf maanden voorafgaand aan de schade.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, missed trips, missed bookings or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you (if applicable) paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the damage.

7. Beëindiging

U kunt het gebruik van de app op elk moment beëindigen door deze te verwijderen. Wij kunnen uw toegang tot synchronisatiediensten beperken of beëindigen indien u deze voorwaarden overtreedt of indien dat nodig is om de app of onze andere gebruikers te beschermen.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may limit or terminate your access to the sync services if you violate these terms or if doing so is necessary to protect the app or our other users.

8. Wijzigingen van deze voorwaarden

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. Wijzigingen worden op deze pagina gepubliceerd met een bijgewerkte datum. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen proberen wij u daarop te wijzen via de app. Door de app te blijven gebruiken na een wijziging stemt u in met de nieuwe voorwaarden.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. For material changes we will try to notify you via the app. By continuing to use the app after a change you accept the new terms.

9. Toepasselijk recht

9. Governing law

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen die niet in onderling overleg kunnen worden opgelost, worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
